If, for example, there is a camera malfunction or other reason there are no usable images from a photo session, I will either offer a full refund for the session or rearrange another session at no further charge. There will be no other form of compensation for this.

If the session results in usable, quality images but you are not happy with the results, there will be no refund for the session fee and inclusive products. However, let us know and we will see if there is any way of adjusting the images to meet your requirements more effectively.
