Outdoor or Home Photo Session

Sessions are relaxed, focusing on fun for you and your pet, in your home, garden or an outdoor location like the beach or park, * where you’ll both feel comfortable. Single animal, groups and pets-and-people sessions are all possible.

We’ll discuss your preferences in advance, but stay flexible, taking cues from you and your pet as we go along. The well-being of your animal will be the top concern. Mostly, I will take unobtrusive candid shots as they play, run or rest as these are great for capturing their unique, natural characters.

I can also take more “posed” type shots, often nearer the end of a session when they are most relaxed. A portable backdrop with extra lighting can be used for home-based shoots.

After the session

I will refine and upload images to a custom online gallery so you can browse and, choose pictures for your inclusive print package and order more prints or products if you like.

Barking Cat uses one of the UK’s leading professional labs offering state-of-the-art Fuji printers and materials with a fast turnaround.

An hour long session will usually produce at least 15-20 high quality images to choose from.

Home and Outdoor Pet Photography

One Hour Session – £60

Session at one location (e.g. home & garden, beach, park)
Your choice of one 11″ x 14″ or two A4 prints
11″ x 14″ can be a single image or collage of up to 5 images
Choice of gloss or lustre finish
At least 15 digital images for social media (with discreet watermark)
Option to order other prints and products at competitive prices

90 Minute Session – £80

Session at 1 or 2 locations (travel time between included within 90 minutes)
Your choice of two 11″ x 14″ or three A4 prints
11″ x 14″ can be single image or collage of up to 5 images
Choice of gloss or lustre finish
At least 20 digital images for social media (with discreet watermark)
Option to order other prints and products at a competitive price

2 Hour Session – £100

Session at 2 locations (travel time between included within 2 hours)
Your choice of three 11″ x 14″ or four A4 prints
11″ x 14″ can be single image or collage of up to 5 images
Choice of gloss or lustre finish
At least 25 digital images for social media (with discreet watermark)
Option to order other prints and products at competitive prices

Please enquire about mounting and framing of prints. Prices start at £15 for an 8×12 print (plus postage or delivery). We can also tailor packages to your specific requirements

Outdoor or Home sessions within 15 miles of Musselburgh (EH21) are included in the session price with a £1 supplementary charge for each additional mile beyond.
