Don’t miss the annual Muirfield Riding Therapy Fun Dog Show, Sunday, 10th March from 10 am to 1 pm in West Fenton.

The day will feature a range of classes (£2 entry each, with proceeds to the charity), home baking, agility demos and a doggie market place.

Barking Cat is proud to support the charity again this year by bringing our Pop Up studio to the event.

For a donation to Muirfield Riding Therapy (we suggest £10 or £15), you’ll have a 10 minute mini session, receive your choice of images as a digital portrait via email and take home a goody bag for your pooch.

Digital portraits are perfect for sharing on social media, blogs, via email or making small prints.

However, you can also order enlargements and other photo products from the session later if you choose.

Pets and people are welcome, but we suggest a larger donation if there are more than two subjects, as the session may take just a bit longer.

There is no need to book in advance – just come on the day and be ready to smile!

And, remember to bring your wallet so you can sample the lovely homemade cakes and biscuits, and for a shop around the marketplace, featuring exclusive accessories from The Dog Edit,  talented pet caricaturist Bwuntys Scwibbles, beautiful bandanas from Moonstone Makes, a free muscular health check for your dog from East Lothian Canine Clinical Canine Massage Centre, and treats, food, toys and accessories from NB Dogs of North Berwick.

For further information on the show, visit the Muirfield Riding Therapy Facebook Event Page.

The charity has been providing therapy riding sessions free-of-charge for children and adults with various disabilities across East and Mid Lothian since 1989.

It is volunteer-led and fully self-funded, relying on events and the generosity of individuals and organisations for its work.  Registered Charity in Scotland No. SC028673
